I am the Administrative Assistant for the SERC Office, having started mid May, 2007. The wide diversity of projects associated with this office provides me with lots of learning opportunities. Currently, I am working in the mornings and find that the time just flies by as I'm assisting with office finance support, travel itineraries, workshop logistics, and general office activities.
Before starting at SERC, I was teaching in the Northfield and Randolph school districts, as a special education teacher. My husband and I are active cyclists and enjoy doing self-contained, multi-day tours in and out of Minnesota. In the winter you might see us trying to ski-jor with our two Siberian Huskies in the Arb. Volunteering at River Bend Nature Center allows me time enjoying the outdoors with children.
