Elementary Science Education Activities & Games In this section of Hands On Plastics, Jr., we have created fun, educational games and activities that you can perform with your students, or at home with your child. Each of these games and activities is designed to teach elementary school students about the positive impact plastics have on our everyday lives. Plastics can be molded into rigid articles, made into sheets, film or fibers. Plastics also include coatings (like paint) and adhesives (like tape and white glue). These activities will help activate students prior knowledge of plastics, while providing new information to the learner. Since these activities were created to help teachers meet requirements defined by the NSES, they can easily be incorporated into any elementary curriculum. Plastics and safety
